Официальная биография:
The Killigans began taking shape in 2004. They wanted to play music which blended their influences: punk, folk, country, and rock ‘n roll - with an honest vibe and punk-rock attitude. Through member changes, a strong work ethic, and dedicated songwriting, the Killigans have become a tightly knit band, and a powerhouse on stage.
The band is fronted by Brad Hoffman and Chris Nebesniak, they are the primary songwriters and driving force behind the band. Two more Nebesniak brothers are in the band: Trevor, who plays the bass, and Pat, who plays a number of instruments including the accordion, tin whistle, and trumpet. Ben Swift plays the drums and does much of the band’s design work.
The Killigans have amassed a loyal fan base locally, but their reach is far greater. Using the internet as a springboard for spreading their sound, the Killigans have attracted fans around the world; from many parts of Europe, Asia and Australia, too. The Killigans mainly travel throughout the Midwest, but hope to reach the coasts and foreign soil too.
The Killigans have been featured on a few compilation CD’s and are popular on the Paddy Rock Radio programs at PaddyRock.com.
The band released a 4 song EP “the Killigans EP” in early 2005, with their full length album “Brown Bottle Hymnal” following on St. Patty’s Day, (March 17), 2006. “One Step Ahead of Hell” was released in April of 2007. “Live at the ZOO Bar” is slated for release in December 2008.

Кратко:
Образовались в 2004-м году и с тех пор валят довольно суровый и угарный айриш фолк панк. Ничего феерического, но ценителям стиля понравится.
